General Questions
Q. Do you have any branches?
A. No. Please come to the counter at Terminal 1.

Q. What do I need to prepare?
A. Please bring your ID(e.g. Passport) and tell us your name when you pick-up.

Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A. Yes, we recommend. We might have no stocks if you come to the counter without the reservation.

Q. Is there any charge of cancelation?
A. No, But please tell us as soon as possible.

Q. I don't receive any confirmation even though I made a reservation from online.
A. We will send you a reservation confirmation email. So please add reserve@air-s.biz to your contacts. If you don't receive any emails,
  please contact us.

Q. Do I have to pay any basic charge?
A. We don't receive any charges but list prices.

Q. How long does it take to pick-up/ return process?
A. It takes about 5 minutes. But please make some time just in case.

Q. What should I do when I have trouble?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible. According to the circumstance, we will send you a replacement.

Q. What should I do if my schedule changes?
A. The rental charge is not refundable even though you return early. Please be forewarned.
If you would like to extend, please call or email us, there is no additional charge.(Just rental fee and optional fee)


Q. Can I get call records?
A. Yes. However, it might takes about a month.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Plan Internatilnal, Domestic, Cash…On the first day, you will pay the rental charge and optional charge. And you will pay the outgoing charge
when you return the phone.

On the first day, you will pay the rental charge and optional charge,and you will pay the outgoing charge the end of next month after
you return the phone.

Q. Can I pay in cash?
A. Yes. But we will receive deposit of 30,000 yen or credit card ditails.

Q. Can I pay by debit card?
A. If there are Visa/Master sign on your card, you can use it. But deposit is required.

Q. Can I get a receipt?
A. Yes. We will make it after the payment or will send it to your E-mail.

Q. What are the accessories?
A. Cell phone(Included SIM card), charger and instructions with a bag.

Q. When can I get a phone number?
A. We let you know the number by email about 5 days you reserve the items. Right before you come, we tell you in the reservation confirmation.

Q. Can I receive international calls with "Plan Domestic"?
A. Yes. You can make only domestic though you can receive both domestic and international calls for free.

Q. Can I use voicemail?
A. Yes. You can use it for free but you have to pay the outgoing charge when you listen.


Q. Can I use a calling card with your cell phone?
A. It may works if the card is for cell phone. But you may be charged the outgoing.
